Chocolate-Strawberry Cake

Great for Phases 1 – 3
Easy to prepare

Ingredients:

• 1 packet Ideal Protein chocolate chip pancake mix
• ¼ c. water
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 egg white
• 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Strawberry Spread
• 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Chocolate Dip

Directions:

Step 1. Mix water, olive oil, egg white and Ideal Protein chocolate chip pancake mix.
Step 2. Pour mixture in a cake mold, bake for approx. 10 minutes at 350.
Step 3. Let cool, cut in two horizontally.
Step 4. Top one half with Walden Farms strawberry spread, place one half on top of other.
Step 5. In a microwave safe dish, heat Walden Farms chocolate dip 30 seconds and drizzle over cake.
