Cilantro Sauce and Dressing
Great for Phases 1 – 3
Easy to make
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches fresh cilantro
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 5 tbsp. lime juice
- 5 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. mustard
Directions:
Step 1. Rinse and chop fresh cilantro.
Step 2. Put all ingredients into blender.
Step 3. Blend until sauce consistency.
Serving Suggestions:
Use to dip vegetables, or pour on top of lean protein.
