Tomato Basil Bread
Good for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Tomato Basil soup mix
- 2 tbsp. egg whites
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. basil
Directions:
Step 1: Blend all of the ingredients with a fork until smooth
Step 2: Spray a pie pan (or mini loaf pan) with non stick spray
Step 3: Pour mixture into pan
Step 4: Bake on 350° for 16 minutes
Serving Suggestions:
Slice in half and use as sandwich bread, or dip into mixture of olive oil and crushed Ideal Protein White Cheddar Ridges.
