Cucumber Salsa
Great for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 2 radish
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 c. cilantro (chopped)
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Directions:
Step 1. Dice all vegetables.
Step 2. Mix the rest of ingredients in and toss well.
Serving suggestions:
Use Ideal Protein BBQ or Salt and Vinegar Crisps to dip into salsa.
