Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos
Great for all Phases
Easy to prepare
- 6 oz. Mahi Mahi (or any white fish)
- 1 tbsp. grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- juice of 1 lime
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Taco Shell (optional)
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Potato Puree
Step 1. Mix all ingredients except fish.
Step 2. Pour mixture on fish and let marinate at least 1 hour.
Step 3. Grill fish on foil as you prefer or pan sear.
Step 4. Prepare Potato puree by adding water to Potato Puree until runny
Step 5. Spray pan with olive oil.
Step 6. Spread Potato Puree thinly on heated pan.
Step 7. Cook on both sides.
Using Potato Puree Wrap, stuff with fish mixture for soft fish taco.
