Easy to prepare
- 2 (406 oz) boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves minced (or chopped) garlic
- 2 1/2 tbsp. spicy mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Step 1. Rinse chicken breast and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 2. Place them in a Ziplock bag add 1/2 balsamic dressing, extra virgin olive oil, spicy brown mustard and garlic and marinate at least 4 hrs.
Step 3. Add oil to pan, and place chicken in heated oil and let brown.
Step 4. Flip chicken and let brown on other side.
Step 5. Once the chicken has browned, add some of the mixture on top, turn down heat and let simmer until chicken is fully cooked.
