Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Vanilla Drink mix prepared, or 1 Ideal Protein ready-made Vanilla drink
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 dash cinnamon
Directions:
Step 1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
Step 2. Warm in microwave for 10 seconds (or drink cold).
