Cauliflower Tots
Great for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Garlic Parmesan Croutons ( Crushed)
- 2 cups chopped cauliflower
- Cilantro
- green onions chopped
- 1/2 egg
Directions:
Step 1. Steam cauliflower for approx. 5 minutes.
Step 2. In separate bowl add green onions, cilantro.
Step 3. Add Cauliflower, Garlic Parmesan Croutons, then add the egg.
Step 4. Bake 350 for aprox 30 minutes, turning occasional.
