Of course there is the standard, dry leaf with sea salt..boring sometimes…
Here are a few spinach ideas.. Remember the benefits of spinach

Saute’d spinach
on low burner combine 2 TBSP of EVO and 1/2 clove fresh garlic
add dry leaf spinach and stir until wilted.. sprinkle with sea salt
Baked Spinach Pie
Combine chopped spinach, roasted garlic (roast garlic in EVO), chop 1 package of the IP White Cheddar Ridges (NOT too chopped). Mix the IP White Cheddar Ridges in the garlic, spinkle with sea salt, and bake 450 degrees for 15 minutes, stir and bake another 15 minutes. Remember…If you use 1 packet and 2 cups spinach and eat the whole thing, that counts as 1 restricted, however if you make enough for an entire family of 4 or 5 and have 1 serving (1/4 or 1/5 of the prepared pie) you do not need to count the IP packet..
Prepare on of the IP Rotini packages at lunch time, and add one of the above spinach recipes and mix.. Enjoy a great tasting lunch. Add a side salad and have your full lunch.
