Jicama Oatmeal Vanilla Crumble
Good for Phases 1 – 3
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Vanilla pudding
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 jicama sliced thin
- 1/4 tsp. skim milk
- 1/3 c. egg white
- cinnamon to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Walden Farms Maple Pancake and 2 Tbsp Walden Farms Caramel syrup
- 1/4 tsp. Sea salt
- 1/4 c. water
Step 1. Toss jicama, sea salt, water and cinnamon into pan.
Step 2. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Take off lid and cook 5 more minutes.
Step 3. Add Walden Farms Caramel syrup and mix well.
Step 4. Mix 1 packet Ideal Protein Maple oatmeal, 1 packet of Ideal Protein Vanilla.
pudding mix (dry), baking powder, skim milk, egg whites, cinnamon, Walden Farms Pancake syrup and
mix until you make a crumble.
Step 5. Put the jicama mixture into baking dish, top with the crumble mixture and bake 425 for approximately
