Beef Vegetable Chili
Great for all phases
Easy to prepare
- 2 Ideal Protein Vegetable Chili packets
- 6 oz. lean ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/2 red pepper chiopped
- 1/2 head cabbage chopped
- 1 small zucchini chopped
- 10 oz. water
- salt and pepper
Step 1. Brown beef, add salt and pepper.
Step 2. Add red pepper saute.
Step 3. Add 2 packets IP Vegetable chili mix and water, stir well.
Step 4. Add cabbage, zucchini, simmer until veggies are tender.
Servings: 1 serving whole protein (4-6 oz.) Must count packets if on phase 1 or stabilization.
