Beef Vegetable Chili

Great for all phases
Easy to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ideal Protein Vegetable Chili packets
  • 6 oz. lean ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1/2 red pepper chiopped
  • 1/2 head cabbage chopped
  • 1 small zucchini chopped
  • 10 oz. water
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

Step 1. Brown beef, add salt and pepper.
Step 2. Add red pepper saute.
Step 3. Add 2 packets IP Vegetable chili mix and water, stir well.
Step 4. Add cabbage, zucchini, simmer until veggies are tender.

Servings: 1 serving whole protein (4-6 oz.) Must count packets if on phase 1 or stabilization.
