Easy to prepare
- 1/4 c. minced shallots
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- sea salt and pepper for taste
Step 1. Place shallots, vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl and which until emulsified.
Step 2. Use or refrigerate.
