Breaded Fish Fillets
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 8oz fillet white fish (any white fish will work)
- 1 pk. Ideal Protein Dill Pickle Zippers
- 1/4 c. egg whites
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Step 1. In shallow dish or pie pan, combine crushed Zippers,parsley flakes and paprika; mix well. In another shallow dish, combine egg, lemon juice and water; beat well.
Step 2. Dip fillet in egg mixture, tucking thin ends of fish under to form pieces of uniform thickness. Dip fish in zipper mixture, patting gently to coat; place in sprayed pan. Spray fish with cooking spray for about 5 seconds.
Step 3.Bake at 350°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
