Hot Chocolate
Good for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Chocolate Drink Mix
- 12 oz. water
Directions:
Step 1. Mix both ingredients well.
Step 2. Pour into a microwave safe mug, or in pot on stove.
Step 3. Microwave 40 seconds, or on stove low heat.
Step 4. Stir well.
