IP Crackers / Pita Squares
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet of Ideal Protein soup mix (your choice)
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. sea salt salt
- pinch of baking powder
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. water
- Seasoning of choice
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Step 3. Add in the rest of ingredients and mix well.
Step 4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, spread batter thin.
Step 5. Bake 15 minutes, take out of the oven and cut into cracker/ pita squares.
Step 6. Flip and place pieces back in oven and bake approx. 5 minutes (watch carefully as to not burn pieces).
Serve with Broccoli Caulifower Hummus or Red Pepper Eggplant dip
