Asian Style Green Beans
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 2 c. french style green beans
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 – 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions:
Step 1. Steam the green beans until tender.
Step 2. Heat olive oil in pan, add garlic, ginger and soy sauce mixing well.
Step 3. Add green beans and saute until wilted.
