Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Garlic & Herb Crisps (crushed)
- 2 cups broccoli chopped
- 1 egg white
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1. Combine all ingredients.
Step 2. Spray mini muffin tin.
Step 3. Scoop mixture into muffin tin.
Step 4. Spray tops with olive oil.
Step 5. Bake on 400, for approx. 15 minutes.
