Cream of Cauliflower & Leek Soup
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Simple to follow
- 2 leeks, chopped
- 1 cauliflower head, chopped
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Chicken Soup
- 2 tbsp. chicken broth (sugar free)
- salt, white pepper, dill (garnish)
- 10 0z. water
Step 1. Place the chopped leeks in a large soup pot, add chicken broth and sautee lightly.
Step 2. Place chopped cauliflower in the soup pot. Add IP chicken soup, water, salt and pepper, slowly bring to boil,
then simmer until the cauliflower is soft.
Step 3. Let soup cool, add to blender and blend until soup is desired consistency.
