Good for Phase 1 lunch and maintenance
Easy to prepare
- Salad mixings of your choice
- 1/2 Ideal Protein Chicken Patty after cooking
- 1/2 packet of Ideal Protein BBQ Soy Nuts
Step 1. Prepare your salad vegetables.
Step 2. Prepare 1 packet Ideal Protein Chicken Patty mix.
Step 3. Use 1/2 IP Chicken Patty (save other half for tomorrows lunch).
Step 4. Use 1/2 packet IP BBQ Soy Nuts (save other half for tomorrows lunch).
Step 5. Toss ingredients together and top with your favorite Phase 1 friendly dressing.
