BodyTech have been developing an exercise regimen that incorporates the
best available exercise science and clinical expertise into one ultimate 40-minute
workout. The programs are neurologically based and designed to stimulate the intrinsic
“core” muscles, the balance-governing proprioceptive system, while improving flexibility

In developing the training programs, we looked at societal demands and how the human body needs to function in order to meet those demands. The result is a program designed to strengthen from the inside out. A strong stable “core” allows muscles and joints to perform in a safe and effective manner. Core stabilization, then, is an exercise program that fortifies the muscles around the spine and hips – these muscles are generally; weakened by injury, muscle imbalance and sedentary life styles.
It is a sobering fact that 50% of the population over the age of 40 suffers from debilitating back pain.
